DISCS AND RINGS

As covering or intermediate layer – perforated or unperforated!

Circular blanks and discs are mainly produced for the metal, plastics and paper industries. There, they are used as an outer cover or as an intermediate layer for vulnerable products. They offer excellent protection from scratches, dirt and dust and protect from damp and wetness when equipped with a PE coating.

The discs are produced using so-called punching tools. A round or circular disc is punched from a raw sheet of board. This can be finished with one or more interior holes to the customer’s specification.

The greyboard discs can be produced in a variety of diameters and with different interior cut-outs. The discs’ weight, grammage and surface specifications are identical to our greyboard and brown greyboard.
